Have you been sued by Kinetic Advantage?

 Kinetic Advantage is a new automotive floorplan lender located in Hamilton County Indiana. The company was formed by former executives at DSC, a company which evolved into Nextgear Capital.  I suspect once they build their business, they will end up suing dealers in Indiana.
